Covenant Parrot Place is very proud to announce that Clyde and Niki (Nanday Conures) have proudly hatched three eggs during the early part of June 2007, and helped give life to three beautiful and sweet, baby Nanday conures. We are so proud of Clyde and Niki as this is their very first clutch together and they pulled it off like complete professionals. We say this, as Clyde had lost his mate about a year earlier due to an egg bind, and Niki was with a fellow named Pete, that just didn't seem to be her kind of guy. So long story short, Clyde started to show a fancy for Niki, so we put them together, and in no time, Clyde was showing Niki the ropes and bada bing, bada boom, we have new babies.

Congratulations Clyde and Niki...!

The three babies are doing great and they are strong and healthy. They are now being hand-fed and given daily attention and care by some lovely bird-wannabees (we humans), to assist in their socialization and healthy upbringing.

And yes, Nanday babies are just so sweet and so cute.
